Bible Verses to cleanse your home
1 Corinthians 14:40 – Do things meticulously
But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.1 Corinthians 14:40(NIV)
As this passage demonstrates, the issue at hand is more than just keeping things neat and idy. It’s also not about being rigid or overly traditional. According to Paul, it has to do with reflecting God’s character.
According to Paul, our God is not a God of perplexity (1 Corinthians 14 33). As a result, the gifts He has given us should not be used in chaotic ways. Services held for the purpose of worshiping Him should be orderly as well.
Beyond that, as Christians, we are advised to choose orderliness over chaos in all aspects of our homes in order to reflect God’s character.
